Refund Policy


At Damascus Knives Maker , every knife is hand-forged and custom-made specifically for you. Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we maintain a no-refund policy on completed orders. However, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any issues that may arise.


All Sales Are Final

Because each knife is crafted by hand based on your selected specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once production has begun. Please ensure all order details—such as blade type, engraving, and shipping address—are accurate before confirming your purchase.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, production will have started and the order becomes non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your knife arrives damaged or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report any issues.

To be eligible for a replacement or repair:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • You must provide clear photos showing the damage or error

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange for a suitable resolution—either replacement, repair, or partial credit based on the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Custom engraved or personalized knives

  • Knives damaged due to misuse or improper care

  • Items reported after 7 days of delivery

  • Products used or altered after delivery
